I understand that it is a breathing device with variable settings that allow for the strengthening of the lungs. It has applications in sport and medicine. I believe it is undergoing some sort of clinical / lab teat to see its potential as a training / medical device. If it gets credible endorsements from a major lab or university it will be a huge success and Bas will be richer than Randy Couture before his divorces!
