Choke Defence ?

How do you stop this I thought initially lowering your chin quick to touch your upper sternum and kneeing. Any thoughts?

For condition 500 hindu squats 100 knuckle push ups and 50 chins a day. Combine this with 10 rounds of a YOGA exercise called dog face down then face up. I put on a large amount of strength using just those exercises however that was in my 20/30s. I needed only a doorway chinning bar and of course suitable jockeys..

Squats with you girlfriend riding you piggyback and pressups with her sat facing forwards on your shoulders. Chin Ups pulling to nipples. I like just 2 sets balls out but if not 5 sets of about 10.

MMA fighters will always beat Boxers in the ring all things being equal as they have far more techniques to employ. For purely self defence in a Bar its hard to beat a good Boxer who has some Dirty Clinch techniques and the use of Butts/Knees.

Duck under their attack and DL Takedown can be a good defence to it - dig your shoulder right into their Solar Plexus.
